Work up an appetite for your turkey and help homeless families get back on their feet by running or walking the 11TH annual Tryptophan Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K.
Race day is on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24 2022. Note: Race Route Has Changed yet again! With the Greenway still under construction this year the race will start and finish at Totally Running, 405 Peachtree Pkwy. 

We are racing in-person or you have the option to participate in the virtual race. We are dedicated to a safe experience for all participants, volunteers, and staff. To learn more about our COVID-19 race guidelines and best practices for participants, please click here.

This year we are excited to benefit Family Promise of Forsyth County. Family Promise of Forsyth County serves families who are experiencing homelessness. In cooperation with community churches and volunteers, they provide a safe place to stay and meals along with programs and support to help the families gain or regain sustainable independence.
