Sanity runs are SO important during the busy school year.
Try these great trails in the Cumming area for your next run...
Big Creek Greenway: A great place to run (unless it has rained recently!). Flat, fast, & 1/10th mile markers. It looks like a new area is opening up past McFarland sometime (last time I ran it, it was deep in mud). You can also catch it off Marconi or near N Point Mall - one day these 2 sections may join which would be great. Be sure to catch the hills heading toward Bethelview.
Charleston Park: Beat the heat with a little shade - run through the woods at Charleston Park. I've run this trail a number of times & always enjoy it. That is except for those times that my foot caught a tree root which meant that I ate a little dirt! Just pay attention and pick up your feet. Runners need to yield to mountain bikers.

Suwanee Creek Greenway: 6.3 miles round trip. Catch the trailheads at George Pierce Park or Suwanee Creek Park. Like the Big Creek Greenway, it can flood so keep that in mind if it's rained a lot. Scenic trail run on pavement and boardwalk with some soft trail offshoots. Disc golf course too!
